Tigerland Superstore AMF Donation

Richmond Football Club's commitment to its preferred charity partner, The Alannah and Madeline Foundation (the Foundation), has taken another significant step forward.

The Club announced today that it would donate five per cent of its annual retail merchandise profits to support the Foundation, in its work protecting children from violence.

"Children are our most important responsibility and I'm proud that this Club has made such a commitment to its preferred charity partner," said Richmond’s CEO Brendon Gale.

"I have no doubt Richmond supporters will be proud to know that every time they purchase something from our Tigerland Superstore at the ME Bank Centre, or online at, they will be making an important contribution towards the protection of children.


Free postage for all orders placed over $100!

The Tigerland Superstore is offering free delivery for any order placed over $100 dolars in value, right up until round 1.

Some exclusions apply, including golf bags and memorabilia.

Postage and Order Fulfillment

The Tigerland Superstore sends all articles using Australia Post's registered post service (see below for pricing chart), with the exception of memorabilia which is orgnaised via courier (pricing varies depending on item size and destination).

The Tigerland Superstore will endeavour to dispatch your order from the club within 72 hours of it being received.

Please allow up to 10 business days from time of purchase for your order to arrive.

As registered post requires a signature for delivery, it is reccomended you have your order sent to an address where someone will be available during business hours. If no-one is available to sign, the order will most likely require collection from the nearest post office.

If you have not received your item, or notfication of attempted delivery, within 10 business days of placing your order, we recommend checking with your local post office, before contacting the Tigerland Superstore on (03) 9426 4419 for further investigation.


You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described or don't do what they are supposed to do.

If you change your mind or receive an unwanted present, or items are a wrong size we will happily exchange the item, except for perishable goods (including jewellery), providing the following have been met:

(a) The goods are returned within 30 days of purchase,
(b) goods are in original condition, with tags attached
(c) the original receipt is provided.

Products that are returned as faulty will be assessed by the Tigerland Superstore staff before a remedy is actioned. Please note used goods will not be accepted for return. We will not refund the difference if an item is purchased at regular RRP and is then put on special once the item has already been purchased. We will only refund items as stated above. 

The Tigerland Superstore cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost in transit when returning items via mail. We suggest that any items being returned to the shop are packed appropriately, accompanied by a completed Merchandise Return Form (available below), and sent via registered post back to the address listed on this form.

Please note the Tigerland Superstore will not be liable for the postage costs of any items that are returned due to incorrect size/size swaps from original ordered.

Terms & Conditions

i.     Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

ii.     Vouchers will automatically expire after the 12 month validity period and will not be honoured or credited after this time.

iii.     Vouchers can be used across multiple transactions (within the validity period) until the total voucher balance is exhausted.

iv.     Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or change.

v.     Online Vouchers can only be redeemed online at – they will not be accepted in store.
