The West Coast Eagles Team Store sends all articles using Australia Post's receipted delivery service where your order can be tracked once dispatched, this service requiring the parcel to be signed for upon delivery. We advise that the delivery address on your order form be that of a destination where deliveries can be received with someone present between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

In the event an attempt by Australia Post is made without delivery, an Aust Post card will be left stating that your parcel is ready to pick-up at your local post office.

Please note memorabilia items are sent using a courier service, where memorabilia delivery costs apply upon checkout. Framed pieces must be sent to a residential or work place, and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.


Once your online order has been placed, please allow 7 - 10 working days for you to take delivery of your order.
In the event that you do not receive your order within the specified times above, we recommend that you check your local post office as your parcel may have been redirected without notice. Alternatively you can contact the West Coast Eagles Team Store directly and our staff can track your order during transit.


We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind; however, the West Coast Eagles Team Store may provide a refund or replacement for an item within 21 days of purchase if you change your mind, provided that:

  • original proof of purchase is supplied; and
  • goods are in unworn/unused original condition, in original packaging and with swing tags still attached.

Please note that items containing printed heat seal names and numbers cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the conditions below apply. The West Coast Eagles Team Store will provide a refund or exchange after 21 days if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item had you known about it;
  • is faulty or unsafe;
  • is significantly different from the sample or description; or
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for;
  • and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Original proof of purchase is required.

Please note that there are no returns or exchanges on sale items.

We recommend that if you do return an item to us, do so via registered post so your parcel can be tracked, and that the products are packed appropriately. The West Coast Eagles Team Store does not accept responsibility for lost returns. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Please also include in the parcel a note with your request, contact details, return address and any other necessary information.
If your order was placed online you will not be refunded postage and handling should the order be returned to the West Coast Eagles Team Store.

Whilst every effort to ensure all items in store are always in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock. Products will be made unavailable until the items become readily available for purchase. To ensure all deliveries are processed in a timely manner, stock management takes place on a daily basis however in the instance whereby product is unavailable, the West Coast Eagles Team Store will advise you of the back dated article/s and will contact you as soon as possible to offer you either a refund or to be placed on backorder.


The West Coast Eagles online Team Store uses Thawte Internet Payment Gateway to provide a 100% secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the client's browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128-bit encryption technology.

A customer's credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchant's bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the client's browser. These secure processes provide clients with peace of mind when purchasing online.


The West Coast Eagles Team Store does offer International postage for a flat rate of $30 (excluding memorabilia and larger items). If you wish to place an order to be sent overseas, you must also email us a copy of your drivers license or passport, along with a photocopy of the credit card used (Please note that you can black all but the last four digits). This added security is to prevent credit card fraud and so that we are able to verify the correct person is using the card. If you are a West Coast Eagles member, and you wish to purchase internationally, you may instead email us your Membership number, number of consecutive years as a member, and the final four digits of the credit card used in your purchase.
