The Fremantle Dockers Team Store sends all articles using the E-parcel system so you can track your order once dispatched. This service requires the parcel to be signed for upon delivery. We encourage that the delivery address on your order form be a location where someone is present to receive deliveries between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
If an Australia Post delivery attempt occurs and there is no individual present, an Australia Post card will be left stating that your parcel is ready to be picked up from your local post office.
DELIVERY AND POSTAGE DETAILS

In the event that you do not receive your order within the specified times above, we recommend that you check your local post office as your parcel may have been redirected without notice. Alternatively you can contact the Fremantle Dockers Team Store directly and our staff can track your order during transit.
RETURN OF GOODS POLICY
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind; however, the Fremantle Dockers Team Store may provide a credit or replacement for an item within 21 days of purchase if you change your mind, provided that:
Please note that items containing printed heat seal names and numbers cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the conditions below apply. If a product is deemed faulty then we will send the item back to the original supplier in which they should either exchange or repair the product.

We recommend that if you do return an item to us, do so via registered post so your parcel can be tracked, and that the products are packed appropriately. The Fremantle Dockers Team Store does not accept responsibility for lost returns. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Please also include in the parcel a note with your request, contact details, return address and any other relevant information.
If your order was placed online you will not be refunded postage and handling should the order be returned to the Fremantle Dockers Team Store.

Whilst every effort is made ensure items are always in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock. Products will be unavailable until the items become readily available for purchase. To ensure all deliveries are processed in a timely manner, stock management takes place on a daily basis however, in the instance whereby a product is unavailable, the Fremantle Dockers Store will advise you of the back dated article/s and will contact you as soon as possible.
