Postage Information

We endeavor to get your orders out the same day you place them, and most of the case this is the time, but this is stretched

Domestic Postage with serial tracking number - This is our preferred method of postage and is certainly worth the additional $5.00. 
Once we have sent the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing what time the order was sent and your serial tracking 
number. Once you have received the e-mail, type in this e-mail address - http://auspost.com.au/track/ - to track your item. 


Domestic without Tracking number - If this postage option is selected, we cannot and do not accept responsibility for loss of delivery. 
Please reconsider selecting the Tracking Number postage.


Express Postage - If you need your parcel quickly, this is the best postage option for you. These orders 'skip the cue' when selected and you will 
be guaranteed delivery in 1-2 business days. Once we have sent the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing what time
