Returns Policy

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.

If you change your mind or receive an unwanted present, we will happily exchange the item or issue a credit note (no refunds), except for perishable goods (including jewellery), providing the following has been met:

 

   a) the goods are returned within 30 days of purchase

   b) goods are in original condition

   c) the original receipt is provided

 

Products that are returned as faulty will be assessed by staff before a remedy is actioned.

The St Kilda Football Club cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost in transit. We suggest that these are packed appropriately and sent via registered post.

There is no exchange on guernseys with numbers and/or names affixed, so please ensure you have the correct size and style.

SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS

We can only offer exchanges or credit notes for Sale or Clearance items - NO refunds will be issued for a change of mind or wrong size.

Cheque Payments

We only accept Cash, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Diners), Debit Card (Savings and Cheque accounts), Money Orders, and valid Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards.

We do not accept cheques under any circumstance.

 

How do I redeem a Promotional Code?

To redeem Promotional Codes - simply enter the code in the 'Promotional Code' field in your Shopping Cart. The appropriate discount will be applied immediately in the Shopping Cart. Please also note - that Promotional Codes have a strict lifespan and each are limited to certain products and categories, please read the promotion carefully before ordering. 

Postage - Express Postage option

We endeavour to process all online orders within 1-2 days upon receiving the order. This includes orders with Express Post option. Also, product ordered may not be in stock which will delay your order being sent out, or we may simply have an overload of orders to process. Orders placed with an Express Post option we will try and elevate your order in the queue, but this cannot be guaranteed. Express Post option ensures you receive your order the next day after we process it only.

Postage - Couriers

We are able to organise a courier for you for items that are not able to be taken by normal post. You, as a customer are also able to arrange a courier yourself for any item whatsoever at your own expense.

For any standard couriers the customer authorises us to organise, we accept no responsibility for lost or damaged goods. In any such event, we will not refund any monies incurred for courier or product expenses.

We do offer an insured courier service for an additional charge - whereby you can be reimbursed for courier and product expenses due to any lost or damaged goods.

Members Online Discount

As of 2012, we are now able to offer a generic 10% members discount online. We are currently unable to offer the Crest Program discount tiers, although this is something we are working towards. Login to the online store with your current 2012 My Saints Account details - contact 1300 GOSAINTS if you have forgotten these.

10% discount is on all products except - members discounted product (eg Be the Future Kits), signed memorabilia, and items marked for clearance.
